Practical information
Depending on the chosen format, the workshop is offered sitting, lying down or in a combination of both. Short sessions before lunch or during a break can easily take place in a meeting room or lunch area, with participants taking part sitting down.
The Deep Reset session requires a space in which participants can lie down. Depending on the facilities, we can provide mats, or participants may be asked to bring their own for this session.
