Frederik is a freediver, diver, breathing and bodyworker at Body & Breath. He combines a powerful, no-nonsense approach with great sensitivity to what the body needs.
In his coaching, he helps people reconnect with their bodies, deepen their breathing and create more mental space. His approach is clear and effective, without detours or superfluous explanations, allowing participants to quickly feel what breath work can do for them.
Frederik creates a safe and supported setting where people feel comfortable to slow down and feel, respecting everyone's boundaries. You can also come to him for 1-1 sessions
Together, Natasha and Frederik bring a balanced and effective approach to breathwork borne of experience, safety and understanding of what people need to stay focused and resilient.
What do employees learn during a breathing workshop?
They learn simple but powerful breathing techniques to regulate stress, release tension and recover faster during busy workdays.
Is breathwork safe?
Yes. Our sessions are safe for most people and professionally supervised. For medical conditions, we ask that you mention this via a questionnaire that we email in advance
Do you need experience in breathwork?
No. Our workshops are accessible to beginners and valuable for those already experienced.
What should participants bring?
Comfortable clothing, water and, for lying sessions, possibly your own mat or blanket if not provided.
Will this continue in the office or externally?
Both are possible. We will come to your premises or help find an external location.
How much space is needed?
For chair sessions, a meeting room is sufficient. For reclining sessions, we charge about 2m2 per person.
